By purchasing my services, you agree to the following conditions and terms.

Commissioned works are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. For commercial commissions, please contact me via email.

By commissioning me, you're purchasing my service as an artist only.

Please note this is a digital purchase,which means there's nothing to be physically shipped. The finished work will be emailed.

I have every right to decline a commission if I am uncomfortable with the request.

I own the rights to all my works. I reserve the right to post the finished artwork in my social media or portfolio unless stated otherwise.

I have every right to sign and/or watermark my own work.

I do not own the rights of any characters you may request me to draw.

The client is allowed to use the commissioned work for personal use, including but not limited to: using it as wallpaper/avatar in non-profit sites, phone or desktop wallpapers and printing for personal use (not for selling). Credits are appreciated, but not required.

The client is NOT allowed to modify, trace, change or edit the artwork without the artist's consent.

The client is NOT allowed to claim the work as their own.

Commercial usage of my works is strictly prohitibited. For commercial commissions, please contact me.

You will need to fill out my commission order form from my website.

I will contact you to confirm your slot and discuss the details.

I usually take 1-2 days to respond to any inquiries. If you didn't receive any response after 3 days,please contact me again.

Payment via PAYPAL ONLY

I will initiate the transaction to avoid accidental transactions. Please do not send me the payment first.

Payment via Paypal are sent via Invoice method only. The client is not responsible for the Paypal fees.

All commissions must be paid upfront in full. No exception unless otherwise discussed.

Payment must be done within 24 hours after I've send the Invoice, if not, the commission will be cancelled.

There will be no refunds or cancellation under any circumstances. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

You're not authorized to issue any chargeback once the artwork is finished.

Once the payment has been received, I will start working on the commission.

Once the sketch is done, I will send it to the client for review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to the next step. The sketch will be sent via DM or email.

Up to 2 major revisions are allowed during the initial sketch phase. Afterwards, minor adjustments are allowed but any other major changes will require additional fees.

Commissions are usually done within 1 month, however it may take up to 3 months depending on each project and its complexity.

The client may set a deadline, however if it's in a short time frame, a rush fee will be charged.

The client will be informed of any delay that may occur.

The finished work will be delivered in full res PNG format at 300 dpi by email via a Google drive links. Files will not remain available to view indefinitely via Google Drive, so please ensure you back them up after receiving file links.

This is a digital artwork. No physical product will be delivered.
